Grupo SENERBest Doctoral Thesis Awards
The Best Doctoral Thesis Awards are a SENER Foundation initiative aimed at stimulating research at the highest level in the scientific and technical areas in which SENER operates: Aerospace, Infrastructure, Energy, and Marine.
The SENER Foundation views support for research as the collaboration between young researchers and their teaching staff, who use their experience to guide doctoral students in their projects. As such, the Best Doctoral Thesis Awards recognize the work of both the author of the thesis (with a prize of €12,000) and the director or directors of the thesis (with a total prize of €3,000).
Avelino Corma Awards for Talent in Chemical Engineering
The Sener Foundation sponsors the Avelino Corma National Awards—named in honor of Dr. Avelino Corma, a Prince of Asturias Award recipient and one of Spain’s most internationally renowned researchers. The awards are organized by the Association of Chemical Engineering Professionals of Castilla-La Mancha (COPIQ-CLM), the Association of Chemical Engineering Professionals of the Valencian Community (COIQCV), and the Spanish Federation of Chemical Engineering Professionals (FEPIQ).
